«Great place to stay close to the Red Squad»
The staff were incredibly helpful with everything....coffee nearby, getting tickets to the Bolshoi, room change, arranging taxi from airport. All spike excellent English.

«Good location & having nice receptionist»
This hotel is so closely & so convenience to Red Square, GUM, Tsum, Bolshoi Theatre, Okhotny Ryad... by walking.
There is one receptionist - very agile girl, cute, and she's very enthusiastic customer support . I really want to say thank her a lot! But I could not meet her when checking out.

«A nice hotel at a central location»
A nice location near to several restaurants and just a stone's throw from the Kremlin. The breakfast was quite good.
